About DesignTested

DesignTested helps interior designers and design studios choose software without wasting money on the wrong subscription.

We compare tools on the things that matter in a working studio: how fast you get from brief to client-ready visuals, how the tool handles clients and invoicing, what it really costs once you add the extras, and how good the support is when something breaks.

Who runs this site

DesignTested is an independent publication run from Riga, Latvia. It earns money from affiliate commissions and, later, advertising — see our affiliate disclosure. Commissions never decide our verdicts, and we say so when a tool we link to earns us nothing.

A conflict of interest we state up front

People connected with this site also work on Desenta, a white-label software product for interior designers. When Desenta appears in an article, it is labelled as our own product, it is judged by the same criteria as everyone else, and we do not rank it first by default.
